My favorite part of the Constitution is the Bill of Rights, not because it is a list of restrictions upon the government, but because they happen to be a perfect guideline for how a law enforcement officer should perform his duty while retaining the respect of the community in which he works.RTWT (H/T Sipsey Street Irregulars)
