YES!!! Hit him again!!

Looks like Prosecutor James P. McClain ((609) 909-7800) is having second thoughts about pissing all over Lady Justice.  Apparently the national outrage is having an impact.

Shaneen Allen, 27, was arrested last year after she was pulled over Oct. 1 on the Atlantic City Expressway in Hamilton Township, and told the state trooper she had her gun and a concealed carry permit with her. She says she did not know it was illegal to bring the gun into New Jersey.

McClain has faced criticism for denying Allen admission into a diversion program that would allow her to complete a program and avoid prosecution. It is a stance the prosecutor has taken in most of these cases, under the state’s strict Graves Act.

“I am presently in the process of reviewing our office’s position on the appropriate resolution of this matter,” McClain wrote in a letter sent last week to Superior Court Judge Michael Donio.

Well, it seems Ray Rice wasn't subject to this stance, but I guess domestic violence is OK if you can chase a ball.  Whatever.  Let's all congratulate Prosecutor James P. McClain ((609) 909-7800) for growing a brain, and make sure he continues on the right path.

A Congressman to watch out for

Joe Walsh (R-IL) gives "Tingles" Matthews a stern talking-to(link includes video).

Matthews demanded to know from Walsh where were the cuts in the proposal from House Republicans and why they were wasting time pursuing a balanced budget Amendment now, when the country could go into default in a few weeks if the debt ceiling was not raised. Walsh responded “where’s the President’s plan Chris Matthews” and stressed that it was Obama who wasn’t serious and was playing politics. Walsh also vowed that as a freshman Congressman, he promised to change how business is done in Washington and that’s exactly what the Republicans are now doing.

With the pleasantries out of the way (and by pleasantries I mean passive aggressive questions flying back and forth between the two men implying that the other had no clue what they were talking about), then the gloves really came off. Matthews interrupted Walsh’s response and said “let me ask you three questions,” to which Walsh advised “try one at a time.” Then as tensions began to rise, and as Matthews continued to suggest Obama was trying to be the reasonable one in the debt negotiations, Walsh had enough and unleashed the word: “tingle!” Walsh informed Matthews that the “the American people are beyond you” and unlike Matthews, Obama “doesn’t send a thrill up my leg.” According to Walsh, if anyone should be accused of wasting time it is the President, who did nothing on this issue for the past six months.

And just when the fight seemed to be calming down, both sides proved they were ready for Round 2!...

RTWT.  Rep. Walsh is proving to be a welcome light of sanity in the state of Illinois.  I'm keeping an eye on this dude.

Joe Walsh (NOT an Ordinary Average Guy) intrigues me.

So, who is this guy from Obummer's home state?  I don't know.  I've never heard of him before, but I like what I'm seeing here.

Rep. Walsh, since you seem to have much to spare, could you kindly lend a bit of testicular fortitude to the masses of DeceptiCons currently infesting your party?  I thank you in advance for your donation.
