Edward Snowden: The last Patriot?

Or one of many?  Brian hopes the latter, as do I.

Nobody can figure out what Snowden's motive is. Is he a spy, did he do it for China, money, fame, is he off his meds?

You see in the jaded, cynical world that we currently live in- the possibility that someone did this as a patriotic act is so far removed from the self absorbed reasoning of Americans that it is seemingly impossible. Why would a guy do such a thing?

You can bet your ass that big brother is going to turn every possible stone until they come up with a narrative that is plausible. They'll want to make an example out of this guy. And you can damn sure bet that nobody in this administration is going to use the words "Snowden" and "patriot" in the same sentence. Their job this week, will be to vilify Snowden while flexing every muscle they have.


Some of us use guns, some use keyboards...

The one and only thing that matters

TRUTH.

We will challenge you to let go of ideas, judgments and beliefs you may have held on to for a very long time. We will do our best to open your mind by speaking to your heart.

You are not who you think you are. You are not defined by the beliefs of others or by groups of people you have for one reason or another aligned yourself with. We must not be afraid to look into our own hearts and souls to look to see what is inside so that we can begin to distinguish truth from lies, light from dark and good from evil.

It begins by lifting the walls of anger, hatred and hurt we have separated ourselves with. Once we have done that, the awakening process will begin and the walls we have created to keep ourselves apart from others will begin to crumble. When they do, we will find each and see each other again other – as Americans. Anger and hatred will give way to love, light, truth and power. With truth comes power…the power to defeat all things that are not of the light.
I don't care about your color, your gender, your faith or lack thereof, whatever consenting people you get busy with, or where you or your ancestors came from.  If you're down with freedom, America and, above all, truth--I've got your back.

If not, we're gonna have us a problem.

The Bill of What?

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;(except Christianity) or abridging the freedom of speech,(unless you criticize Islam) or of the press;(intimidation, threat and wiretapping don't count) or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,(if granted the proper permits at our discretion) and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances(said petition will be used for toilet paper).



Amendment II

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed(except when we feel it necessary to protect public safety ourselves and other criminals).



Amendment III

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.  (Our agents don't have to live in your house; they can smash your door down and stomp your pets to death whenever they please.)



Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.  (HAHAHAHAHAHAHA......)



Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself,(especially if she's just claimed that she's done nothing wrong--seems like a little paradox there) nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.



Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed,(although said jury will be commanded to rule the way the judge says to) which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence(but the IRS can take everything from you without trial, warrant or provable cause).



Amendment VII

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law. 



Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.  (If you're rich and/or well-connected.)



Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.  (You think you have any other rights than .gov tells you you have???  You're killing me here!!  Hee hee hee...)



Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.  (STATES' RIGHTS??  Seriously, stop it.  I'm gonna piss myself.  BWAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!)


The Constitution is the foundation of the rule of law in this country.  If the Constitution is null and void, then America is dead.

"Watch what you say," indeed.  Apparently, Eric Holder thinks we're now under Sharia law, and intends to prosecute anyone who dares "defame" (aka "tell the truth about") the tyrannical cult known as Islam on social media.

Well, I don't FaceBook, so I guess this will have to suffice.

Islam is an evil, totalitarian political system disguised as a religion.  It is incompatible with liberty, equality, human rights, civilization, or even sanity.  It is anti-American, anti-human and anti-life.  It is a menace to humanity itself, a cancer of the mind and soul, and nothing good has ever, or will ever, come of it.

Here’s the deal black people beholden to the excuse of slavery. I don’t like the fact that there was slavery in America any more than you do. But it wasn’t me and it wasn’t you. Wasn’t my parents nor yours. Nor our grandparents or even great-grandparents. In fact, my family never owned slaves nor did 95+% of Americans who lived during that time. If blacks are able to blame their problems on slavery, then AWD should be able to blame all my problems on the English King Edward Longshanks who stole and enslaved the lands of my Irish forefathers. Yeah, that’s it! The English are holding me down!

There’s two reasons we still hear about slavery every day in America. 1. There’s money in it. Professional race-baiters like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and numerous black preachers join a legion of professional liberal, black ‘journalists’ to propagate victim-status among the black community. These race-baiters are much more dangerous to blacks than white people ever could be. These evils teach those who listen that the “system is against them” and they cannot make it without massive government support. The race-baiters excuse bad black behavior that would never be tolerated by other races in society. The lessons learned by young blacks at an early age from the race-baiters is they can never be successful because of slavery and white people and they will never be held responsible for their actions. What a horrible message to teach a child! It chains them to the slave plantation of hatred and dependence.

What race-baiters should teach black children is anyone can become successful in America by hard work, education and by making quality life decisions. Black children should be taught that dropping out of school, having illegitimate children at early ages, joining gangs, committing violent acts, etc will almost guarantee a life of poverty. These are the lessons responsible parents of all races teach their children. America offers black children more advantages than any other country in the world. Yet, they are taught by ‘leaders’ in their community that they are victims of slavery.

For all their "good intentions," this is what's at the core of it all.  Be afraid.

Mystery Prison: Not so mysterious

Well, seems like that "mysterious FEMA prison" down by Yuma, is nothing more than another Arizona State Prison.  Not a FEMA vehicle in sight, but lots of the usual DOC stuff.

I could swear I hadn't seen it listed before, but maybe I just missed it.  Regardless, this appears to be yet another debunked conspiracy theory.  Watch yourselves, folks...there's a lot of misinformation out there, some well-meaning, some purposeful.

A smack with a rolled-up Constitution

No, Colonel, Congress has no right to give charity. Individual members may give as much of their own money as they please, but they have no right to touch a dollar of the public money for that purpose. If twice as many houses had been burned in this county as in Georgetown, neither you nor any other member of Congress would have thought of appropriating a dollar for our relief. There are about two hundred and forty members of Congress. If they had shown their sympathy for the sufferers by contributing each one week's pay, it would have made over $13,000. There are plenty of wealthy men in and around Washington who could have given $20,000 without depriving themselves of even a luxury of life. The Congressmen chose to keep their own money, which, if reports be true, some of them spend not very creditably; and the people about Washington, no doubt, applauded you for relieving them from the necessity of giving by giving what was not yours to give. The people have delegated to Congress, by the Constitution, the power to do certain things. To do these, it is authorized to collect and pay moneys, and for nothing else. Everything beyond this is usurpation, and a violation of the Constitution."
