Folks, I am a truck driver, and I tell you this: Even if the worst-case-scenario of unionized illegals doesn't happen(though I have no reason to doubt it), these regulations will make it absolutely impossible for any independent farm to get anything done. Say goodbye to everything but Big-Ass Corporate Farm Conglomerate LTD LLP Inc Etc.

It was my understanding that licensing was a measure to ensure that people who used tax-funded roadways were properly trained, but that on your own property, anybody could drive anything. Want to teach your six year-old to drive a tractor? It's your property, go ahead.
